My passionate loyalty to my buyers and sellers supports my primary objection that every real estate transaction is a win-win for all parties involved.  I "get" the details and that means a smoother and more satisfying experience for my clients.  Many clients call me the "general contractor" REALTOR® because I am your liaison to lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, title companies, etc.  I have my hand in the process every step of the way making sure your transaction is handled professionally right down to the closing.  The results?  A lifetime of great business relationships with my clients, repeat business, good referrals and wonderful friendships.

On A Personal Note...

I am a native Coloradoan, born in Akron and raised in Loveland, Colorado.  I graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. Degree in Housing and Design with an emphasis in color and kitchen design.  I have worked in home oriented businesses since graduation, including kitchen design and furniture sales.  I have always enjoyed helping my clients create functional and beautiful living spaces. 

I was an independent broker and business owner for many years before joining a large real estate franchise in 1999.  In April of 2007, I moved with my associates to RE/MAX Traditions Inc. to provide clients additional and backup support from the most experienced and professional REALTORS in this area.  I also work with a team of personal assistants to give clients consistent service, even when I may be unavailable while working with other clients or away from the office.

Personally speaking, I love traveling, hiking and running, including two Marathons to date!  I also enjoy reading and spending time with my puppy (Mr. Whipple) and with my family and friends!
